What is a system assessment
We look at the whole system before recommending anything
Most heating problems are not appliance problems. They are system problems. A proper assessment finds the actual cause before any money is committed to fixing the wrong thing.
Step 1
Full system evaluation
An engineer visits your property and carries out a structured assessment of your entire heating system. Boiler performance, circulation, pipework condition, radiator output, and system pressure. We identify what is wrong, what caused it, and what the correct fix looks like.
Step 2
A clear recommendation
You receive a straightforward written recommendation: repair, replacement, system cleaning, or further specialist intervention. No vague advice, no upsell. If nothing needs doing, we tell you that too.

Fixed cost for a full heating system assessment. Any fuel type, any system.
This includes:
- Full heating system evaluation: boiler, circulation, pipework, radiators
- Pressure and performance testing
- System age and condition assessment
- Written recommendation: repair, replacement, flushing, or specialist intervention
- Clear cost guidance for any recommended next steps
Where the assessment leads to further work with us, the assessment cost is included within the final price.

We tell you what we found, what caused it, and what needs to happen next. Including honest advice on what is not urgent. No pressure, no obligation, just a clear answer you can act on.
When the problem runs deeper
Some systems need more than a standard assessment can address.
Where advanced sludge, magnetite, persistent contamination, or long-term system restriction is suspected, we offer our AHSR™ service, a specialist recovery pathway for heating systems where power flushing and standard intervention have reached their practical limit. This is a different service with a different price point. A standard system assessment will always tell you clearly if AHSR is appropriate for your situation.
