An engineer visits, checks your system, and confirms whether power flushing is the right approach. If it is, we carry out a structured flush with magnetic capture, radiator-by-radiator targeting, condition-based chemical support, and thorough rinsing until water quality is acceptable.
Cleaner system, fully documented
Your system is flushed, inhibitor-dosed, and documented. You receive a flush certificate and inhibitor dosing confirmation. If we spotted anything during the process that needs attention, we explain it clearly before we leave.

Power flushing is only carried out following a system assessment. You will receive a clear fixed price after assessment before any decision is made.

£225 + VAT
Deducted from the final price if a power flush is carried out.

£450 – £950 + VAT
